Growing and Nurturing your Birth Choices.

Your pregnancy and birth is a unique experience.
To ensure you make the best choices during your journey through pregnancy and birth, it is important to use the best information available, in order to make the decisions that are right for you.

Birth Tree offers a way of 'growing' your birth preferences into a flexible and understandable plan for both you and your partner. It also helps you prepare for changes in the way that your pregnancy, labour and birth are progressing, so that you are making the right choices for you.

Our aim is to help you make the right choices and achieve the best birth experience possible, wherever you choose to have your baby.

About the Workshop
The course is made up of 2 sessions which run over 2 weekends. The first session is to talk about your choices, your rights, and what may be offered to you. The second session is spent building your ‘birth tree’ and understanding how you can use it to help you make decisions during your labour and birth journey.
 
The cost of the course is £90 per person or £110 per couple and includes light lunch and refreshments on both days. There is also a full email support system, should you have any queries or issues with your choices after you have completed your Birth Tree.
 
Sunday’s July 10th and 19th 10am—3pm FULL
Saturday’s September 19th and 26th— 3 couples and 1 single place available
